Job Description:
Now hiring for a Quality Control Coordinator
Location: Neenah, WI
Pay Rate: $26.00 – $27.00 per hour
- Lead daily manufacturing quality operations and provide on-floor quality support
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain quality documentation and specifications within EtQ
- Support internal audits, CAPA processes, and nonconformance investigations
- Monitor quality metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements
- Verify corrective action effectiveness and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct daily quality reviews, process confirmations, and escalation management
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and support business objectives
- Build and maintain strong customer and internal stakeholder relationships
- Support ISO 9001 implementation and ongoing compliance efforts
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
- 1-3 years of Quality Management System (QMS) experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with ISO 9001 standards
- Internal auditing and corrective action experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Medical device industry experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.
- Technical training in manufacturing, quality assurance, or inspection procedures is beneficial.
- Experience performing first article, in-process, or final product inspections is beneficial.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, statistical process control, quality documentation, or corrective action procedures is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to producing high-quality work are well positioned for success as a Quality Control Coordinator.
