Now hiring for a Machine Operator
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 1st Shift | 7 AM – 5:30 PM | Monday – Thursday + Fridays (7 AM – 3:30 PM)
- 2nd Shift | 5:30 PM – 4 AM | Monday – Thursday + Fridays (3:30 PM – 12 AM)

Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must meet ITAR requirements and qualify as a U.S. Person
- Ability to read and understand simple part drawings and written work instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills required
Experience Requirements
- Experience in deburring, manufacturing, machining, assembly, or precision production environments preferred
- Ability to accurately use micrometers, dial calipers, and other measuring tools
- Experience working with detailed metal components and close-tolerance parts
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of detailed deburring experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience working within AS9100 or similar quality management systems
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and attendance record
- Experience with engraving, part marking, or component assembly is a plus
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for extended periods
- Frequent lifting and moving of materials up to 50 pounds
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong close-up vision, depth perception, and ability to focus on detailed work
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and wear required PPE
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
Job Duties
- Perform detailed deburring and finishing of precision-machined components
- Improve surface finishes and prepare parts for final inspection or assembly
- Mark parts using Vibropeen, engraving equipment, and other identification methods
- Assemble and disassemble components as required
- Clean parts and maintain production cleaning processes
- Perform minor maintenance on tools and equipment
- Follow AS9100 quality standards, work instructions, and inspection requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support production needs and perform additional duties as assigned
