Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production requirements
• Basic math and documentation skills preferred

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of production packing, packaging, manufacturing, or assembly experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
• Experience preparing shipments, packaging products, or handling shipping documentation is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to safely perform tasks while wearing required PPE
• Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced setting

Job Duties

• Package finished products according to company specifications and customer requirements
• Prepare shipping and receiving labels and related documentation
• Set up packaging materials and prepare products for shipment
• Inspect packaged products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain production goals, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the shift
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and production-ready
• Work closely with team members to support daily manufacturing and packaging operations
