Location: Rainsville, AL
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (With occasional OT in the afternoon or on Saturdays)

Work boots over dress shoes any day. We’re adding Assemblers to the crew to put parts together, check quality, and keep things moving.

Requirements: 

• Ability to read technical instructions and follow detailed processes
• Strong attention to detail and basic communication skills
• Ability to perform hands-on, repetitive work requiring fine motor skills
• Comfortable standing/sitting for extended periods and performing physical tasks
• Previous manufacturing, machine operator, or coil winding experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED is a plus

Job Duties: 

• Operate coil winding machines (bench lathe, semi-automatic, and hand-guided equipment) to meet production specifications
• Set up and adjust machines including wire tension, pitch, turns, guides, and tooling components
• Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and bills of materials to ensure accurate builds
• Insert insulation, splice and solder wire, and form coils using presses and tools
• Perform minor machine adjustments and support prototype coil development
• Maintain quality standards, productivity goals, and safe work practices
• Follow Lean / 6S principles to keep a clean and organized work area
• Assist with inventory processes and material handling (use lift assist for heavier items)
