Skills You’ll Need

• 1+ years of warehouse or shipping experience
• Ability to perform physical work and remain on feet for extended periods
• Basic understanding of warehouse and shipping processes
• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse systems (preferred, not required)
• Forklift certification preferred; strong hands-on experience may be considered
• Ability to follow instructions and work within structured processes
• Dependability and consistent attendance
• Willingness to learn and follow direction
• Team-oriented mindset
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Your Day-to-Day

• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately for shipment
• Load and unload shipments in a safe and efficient manner
• Follow established shipping and warehouse procedures
• Verify order accuracy and maintain attention to detail
• Utilize RF scanners or similar systems (if applicable)
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to support daily operations
