Warehouse Associate (Entry-Level, No Experience Needed)
Location: Springfield, OH | Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire | Pay: $17.00 to $18.50 per hour

About the Role
Our client, a regional distribution center, is hiring Warehouse Associates to pick, pack, and ship customer orders. This is a great first warehouse job. We provide the training, and you bring a reliable attitude and a willingness to learn.

Schedule
Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Overtime is available during peak season.

What You’ll Do

• Pick and pack orders accurately using a handheld scanner
• Load and unload boxes and pallets by hand or with a pallet jack
• Check items for damage and match them to order paperwork
• Label, sort, and stage packages for shipping
• Follow all safety guidelines and keep your work area clean and organized

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand or walk for a full shift
• Availability to work the 2nd shift schedule above
• Ability to read and follow safety signage and instructions in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, retail stockroom, or shipping experience
• Familiarity with handheld scanners
• High school diploma or equivalent
