Scehdule: 1st Shift | Monday – Thursday | 5:30 AM – 4 PM
May be occasional Friday work + night shift as needed

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills preferred.

Experience Requirements

• 1+ years of experience.
• Experience working with hand tools, small components, and production equipment is a plus.
• Aerospace, automotive, or precision assembly experience is beneficial but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Reliable attendance and dependability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Flexible and willing to work overnight shifts when needed.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
• Ability to handle small parts and perform detailed assembly work with precision.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality standards.

Job Duties

• Assemble and manufacture aerospace components according to specifications and quality standards.
• Operate production equipment, tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform detailed inspections and quality checks on finished products.
• Follow all company safety procedures, work instructions, and production requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Report quality concerns, equipment issues, or production delays to supervisors.
