Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Requirements:

• Previous experience using hand and power tools (drills, impact drivers, caulk guns, hammers)
• Ability to read work orders and follow written instructions
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure (employee must provide their own)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Ability to wear required PPE (company provided)

Job Duties:

• Assist with shipping and crating finished products for shipment
• Seal louvers and finished products using a caulk gun
• Assemble fabricated louvers using drills, impact drivers, and screws
• Read work orders and compare them to build cut sheets to ensure accuracy
• Measure materials using a tape measure to verify dimensions
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly and production tasks
• Inspect finished products for quality before shipment
• Lift, move, and transport materials throughout the production area
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all work instructions, safety procedures, and PPE requirements
• Support various production departments based on shipping schedules and operational needs
