Now hiring Production Mixer
Location: Florence, KY
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday

This Production Mixer job in Florence is for people who pay attention to detail. You’ll inspect, assemble, and pack products with care. We know we can count on you to achieve high-quality standards and maintain production goals every shift.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume manufacturing experience required
- Chemical processing experience preferred
- Stand-up and/or sit-down forklift experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and production schedules
- Basic computer skills with SAP experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented with a strong attention to detail and safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive bending, stretching, and material handling tasks
- Must comply with all PPE and safety requirements
Job Duties:
- Operate mixing tanks, controls, valves, pumps, and related production equipment
- Read and follow Product Instruction Sheets and batch recipes accurately
- Mix production batches according to specifications and quality standards
- Monitor tank scales and production equipment to ensure proper operation
- Record chemical usage, adjustments, and batch documentation accurately
- Inspect, clean, tag, and transfer finished batches to production holding tanks
- Verify raw materials before adding them to production batches
- Process raw material transactions and inventory movements using SAP
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile raw material inventory
- Retrieve and transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility
- Test product samples according to SOPs and quality requirements
- Package finished goods, relabel chemical containers, and support warehouse operations
- Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and production procedures
