Now Hiring Quality Control Associate
Location: DeKalb, IL
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Day Shift | 6 AM or 8:30 AM Start Time

Requirements:
- Break down and rebuild pallets while maintaining product accuracy and organization
- Sort freight and verify product numbers against bills of lading and shipping documents
- Perform quality inspections to ensure shipments are accurate and free of discrepancies
- Use RF scanners to verify inventory and update warehouse management systems
- Complete light data entry of bills of lading and shipment information accurately
- Identify and report inventory, shipping, or quality issues promptly
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area while following company safety procedures
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or quality control experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately read small product numbers and labels
- Good hand-eye coordination and basic computer/data entry skills
- Ability to lift 30–40 lbs and perform standing, bending, and repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Dependable with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Job Duties:
