Location: DeKalb, IL
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Day Shift | 6 AM or 8:30 AM Start Time

Take on a Quality Control Associate position in Dekalb and join a team that believes in doing things right the first time. From the first part to the final check, your work keeps quality high and production on point.

Requirements: 

• Break down and rebuild pallets while maintaining product accuracy and organization
• Sort freight and verify product numbers against bills of lading and shipping documents
• Perform quality inspections to ensure shipments are accurate and free of discrepancies
• Use RF scanners to verify inventory and update warehouse management systems
• Complete light data entry of bills of lading and shipment information accurately
• Identify and report inventory, shipping, or quality issues promptly
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area while following company safety procedures
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or quality control experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately read small product numbers and labels
• Good hand-eye coordination and basic computer/data entry skills
• Ability to lift 30–40 lbs and perform standing, bending, and repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Dependable with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Job Duties: 
Each day you’ll be checking, testing, and keeping production on pace. You’ll work side by side with your team to spot and solve problems, track results, and keep your space safe and clean. When you’re on shift, things get done right.
