Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of recent stand-up forklift experience, preferably in a distribution warehouse
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Willingness to perform general warehouse duties when not operating a forklift
• Ability to inspect, count, and reconcile inventory accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Job Duties:

• Operate stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Complete and document daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs to supervisors
• Load and unload trailers with inbound and outbound freight
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations, including put-away, staging, and palletizing materials
• Inspect, count, and reconcile products to ensure inventory accuracy
• Assemble shipping containers and package products using spacers, fillers, and protective materials
• Examine outgoing shipments to verify they meet quality and shipping specifications
• Perform general warehouse labor, including picking, packing, staging, and material handling when not operating equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
