Now Hiring Maintenance Technician
Location: Menahga, MN
Pay Rate: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 5–10+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC troubleshooting, and manual machining skills
  • Experience performing preventive maintenance and equipment repairs in a manufacturing environment
  • Welding and fabrication experience required
  • Ability to obtain a Minnesota Boiler Operator license
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with CMMS software (MaintainX, UpKeep, Procore) preferred
  • ERP software, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, TPM) preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

Job Duties:

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and facility systems
  • Diagnose equipment issues, dismantle machinery, replace defective parts, and test repairs
  • Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled equipment, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical components
  • Maintain facility systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, welding, and boiler equipment
  • Perform scheduled safety inspections and complete safety improvement projects
  • Utilize CMMS software to manage work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and equipment history
  • Fabricate custom parts, jigs, tools, and machine guards as needed
  • Coordinate maintenance projects to minimize downtime and improve production efficiency
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance safety and equipment reliability
  • Train and mentor less experienced maintenance technicians
  • Assist production teams with maintenance-related support as needed
