Location: Middletown, OH
Pay Rate: $32.00 – $38.00 per hour
Night Shift: 10:45 PM-7:15 AM | Monday-Friday

Process Set-Up Technician Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Process Technician, Process Set-Up Technician, Mold Setter, Injection Mold Technician
- Hands-on experience setting up and operating plastic injection molding machines
- Knowledge of mold installation, mold changes, and machine startup procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot injection molding processes and optimize machine performance
- Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, water, and auxiliary equipment connections
- Experience performing quality inspections and ensuring products meet specifications
- Ability to read work instructions, setup sheets, blueprints, and production documentation
- Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team in a fast-paced environment

Process Set-Up Technician Job Duties:
- Perform mold changes on plastic injection molding machines to prepare equipment for production.
- Set up and configure injection molding machines for optimal performance and product quality.
- Connect and verify water, air, hydraulic, and auxiliary systems during machine setup.
- Start production runs and adjust machine settings to ensure parts meet quality specifications.
- Troubleshoot process issues and conduct machine parameter adjustments as needed.
- Inspect molded parts for quality, consistency, and compliance with production standards.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams to resolve equipment or production issues.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to machine operators.
- Complete setup documentation, production records, and process reports accurately.
- Follow all safety procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and lean manufacturing practices.
