Now hiring Production Molder
Location: Staples, MN
Pay Rate: $16.75 per hour
Second Shift: 4:00 PM-2:00 AM | Monday-Thursday

  • Ability to inspect parts and identify defects or inconsistencies.
  • Strong work ethic with reliability and dependability.
  • Ability to adapt to changing production needs and priorities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
  • Willingness to follow all safety and operational procedures.

Job Duties: 

  • Assist in the production of high-quality molded products in a manufacturing environment.
  • Set up and verify correct materials, tools, and press machine settings before production runs.
  • Measure and weigh materials accurately according to production specifications.
  • Inspect molded parts for quality, defects, and consistency.
  • Trim and finish parts as needed to meet quality standards.
  • Count, package, and prepare finished parts for boxing and shipment.
  • Maintain awareness of production processes and follow all work instructions.
  • Support continuous production flow while meeting quality and safety standards.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized throughout the shift.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company manufacturing guidelines.
