Requirements and Skills: 

• Prepare and process residential real estate closing documents accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate communication and workflow between buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents throughout the closing process.
• Conduct residential real estate closings with professionalism and strong customer service.
• Serve as a primary client-facing contact, answering phones and assisting clients with questions related to closings.
• Review, verify, and ensure completeness of all closing files and related documentation.
• Maintain accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality with all sensitive financial and legal information.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, confident, and professional demeanor.
• Must be comfortable working directly with the public via phone and in-person interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven office setting.
• Previous experience in title, escrow, real estate, mortgage, or banking preferred but not required—training provided.
• Strong reliability, attendance, and long-term commitment to the role are essential for success.
