Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM | 4:00 PM to 12 AM | 12 AM to 8:00 AM

Requirements:

• Previous facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or general maintenance experience required
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to mentor and train new employees on maintenance procedures and safety practices
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance requests
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to interact professionally with staff, faculty, students, visitors, contractors, and vendors

Job Duties:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on campus buildings, grounds, and utility systems
• Repair and maintain lights, ceilings, doors, restrooms, HVAC systems, and other facility components
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot facility issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure safe and efficient building operations
• Maintain campus grounds and support facility improvement projects
• Train and mentor new maintenance employees on job duties, safety procedures, and best practices
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and campus departments as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment throughout campus facilities
• Follow all safety guidelines, policies, and maintenance procedures
