If you like the hum of the reach truck and the satisfaction of a perfect stack, this job’s for you. As a Reach Truck Operator in La Vergne, you’ll handle freight with precision, keep aisles flowing, and be the reason the warehouse never slows down.

Gear Up and Get Rolling (Requirements)

Lift (up to) 50 pounds
Proficiency in English (bilingual skills a plus)
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Basic numeracy for product identification
Ability to follow instructions and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Lift and move objects over 50 pounds regularly.
Perform manual tasks including dexterity, standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and climbing.

The Real Deal Day-to-Day (Job Duties)

Safely load and unload products using reach trucks and forklifts, ensuring precise transport to storage areas, machines, and loading docks.
Maintain forklift equipment by storing, fueling, cleaning, and performing light maintenance.
Use RF scanners to accurately manage inventory and update records.
Efficiently load trucks.
Stack, organize, and move large bulk items within the facility.
Ensure accuracy and proper documentation of product shipments.
Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
