Location: Milford, DE
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Shift: Must be available to work a variable/flexible work schedule | Monday – Friday with some Saturdays (Shift could range from 6 AM – 5 PM OR 5 AM until finish)

Production Line Ready

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing is a plus. We’ll train the right worker.
• Can lift (up to) 50 lbs, stay active, and handle the grind.
• Show up on time, stay safe, and have your team’s back.

Your Day at the Plant
Weighing and loading seafood products for storage or shipment. Conducting quality inspections on pre-shucked or mechanically shucked clams on a production line for defects and foreign materials. Performing housekeeping tasks (floor washdowns, product shoveling, salt tank refill) as needed.
