Now hiring: Warehouse Lead
Location: Bethlehem, PA
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
Front Half (FH) Shift: Sun-Wed, 7 AM – 5:30 PM | OT schedule: 7 AM – 7 PM during peak times
Back Half (BH) Shift: Thur-Sat, 6 AM – 6:30 PM | OT may be scheduled on an FH shift day during peak times

Skills, Requirements, and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English required.
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse lead, training, quality, or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Proficient with computers, including Gmail, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to motivate team members to achieve productivity and quality goals.
- Ability to stand and walk for 10–12-hour shifts and regularly bend, reach, stretch, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Capable of safely operating pallet jacks and moving carts throughout the warehouse.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead daily warehouse operations within the assigned department while supporting other areas as business needs require.
- Train, coach, and mentor new and existing team members on warehouse procedures, quality standards, and safety expectations.
- Promote a positive, team-focused work environment by leading through example and maintaining professional communication.
- Monitor workflow, conduct quality audits, and proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality requirements, and established warehouse procedures.
- Prepare work areas for shift transitions by verifying tasks are completed and outstanding issues are addressed.
- Identify employee training opportunities and provide guidance to improve productivity, accuracy, and performance.
- Support warehouse operations by assisting on the floor, maintaining confidentiality, and performing additional duties as assigned.
