Job Description:
Now hiring: Production Supervisor
Location: Moraine, OH
Pay Rate: Starting at $73,000 (based on experience)
Shift Options: 2nd Shift, 3:45 PM-12 AM or 3rd Shift, 11:45 PM-8:15 AM | Monday-Friday
Training: 1-3 weeks on 1st Shift Required | 7:30 AM-4:45 PM

Skills, Requirements, and Experience:
- 3+ years of Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, or Operations Leadership experience.
- Experience leading teams of 20+ employees in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to drive productivity, quality, safety, and employee engagement.
- Experience managing attendance, performance, and employee development.
- Proficiency with production reporting, KPIs, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing or food production environment.
- Food manufacturing experience preferred.
- Continuous improvement experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities and Job Duties:
- Supervise and lead production team members during 2nd or 3rd shift operations.
- Ensure production goals, quality standards, and daily schedules are achieved.
- Coach, train, and develop employees to improve performance and engagement.
- Maintain compliance with safety, food safety, GMP, and company policies.
- Monitor productivity, attendance, and workforce performance.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse teams to support operational objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Conduct shift meetings, employee coaching sessions, and performance discussions.
- Investigate and resolve production, quality, and personnel-related issues.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
