Pay Rate: $24.15 – $32.20 per hour

Requirements:

• Technical degree in Machine Tool Technology or related field with machining experience, OR High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of machining experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, part drawings, and machining specifications
• Experience setting up basic tooling and creating/executing basic machine programs
• Proficiency using precision measuring tools, including micrometers and gauges
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to hold close tolerances and perform accurate, quality-focused work
• Familiarity with sending and receiving machine programs through network systems
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and cross-train
• Strong work history and commitment to safety

Job Duties:

• Set up, operate, and program machine tools including mills, lathes, drill presses, and related equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and machine drawings to manufacture parts to specification
• Inspect parts using micrometers and precision measuring instruments to verify tolerances
• Perform secondary operations including deburring and part marking during machine cycles
• Send and receive machining programs through network systems
• Complete machine setups utilizing vises, fixtures, and tooling techniques
• Perform routine machine maintenance and equipment checks
• Maintain 5S standards and an organized work area
• Cross-train on multiple machines and operations to support production needs
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
