What You Bring to the Line

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years’ prior work in production, assembly, quality, or inspection helps you get ahead. Proven ability to operate CMMs proficiently and perform basic CMM measurements.
• Detail Drive: You’ve got an eye that doesn’t miss a thing.
• On-the-Line Ready: Lift (25-50 pounds), move, and stay active through your shift.
• Mindset: Solid teammate with pride in quality and a get-it-done attitude.

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect and measure parts to keep production on point
• Catch defects early and keep the line running clean
• Work with your team to fix issues fast
• Record results and stay organized on the floor
