A highly respected chiropractic and rehabilitation center in Alexandria, LA is seeking a Bilingual Medical Office Assistant to join their welcoming and supportive team. This temp-to-hire role is your gateway to long-term career success in a rewarding and patient-focused environment!
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (includes a 1.5–2-hour midday break)
Pay Rate: $14 – $15 per hour, depending on experience
Daily Tasks:
- Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient records
- Process payments and verify insurance coverage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front desk and office environment
- Assist the chiropractor with basic patient care when needed
- Deliver excellent customer service that reflects the clinic’s commitment to wellness

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of related experience
- Must be bilingual (English /Spanish)
- Dependable and hardworking
- Quick learner with strong multitasking skills
- Outgoing personality with great communication skills
- Passion for helping others and providing excellent patient care
- Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic office is a plus, but not required
